1. Booking & Rental Period

• Weekly bookings only, from Saturday to Saturday airbnb.com+8lerocsaintjeannet.com+8st-jeannet-villa.com+8.
• Rental period begins at 10:00 AM on arrival Saturday and ends by 16:00 PM on departure Saturday. Flexible times may be arranged in advance .

2. Availability & Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed once you receive our Booking Confirmation email and pay the required deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment conditions are not met.

3. Payments

• Deposit: 25 % of the total rental amount due within 5 days of booking confirmation.
• Balance: Remaining 75 % must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival.
• If booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is due immediately.
• Security Deposit: €3,000 payable 1 week before arrival, refunded within 7 days after departure, minus deductions for damages or extra charges st-jeannet-villa.comdordogne-holiday-rentals.com.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 6 weeks before arrival: deposit is forfeited, balance not yet due.
• Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival: full rental amount is non-refundable.
• In case of host cancellation (e.g. property unavailable), you’ll receive a full refund; we may offer alternative dates if available.

5. Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 10:00 AM (16:00 upgrade used by some platforms; we recommend using the 10:00 local time stated on site) st-jeannet-villa.com+1dordogne-holiday-rentals.com+1lerocsaintjeannet.comlerocsaintjeannet.com.
• Check-out: by 16:00 PM on departure day.
• Late check-out may incur additional charges.

6. House Rules

• The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across six bedrooms booking.com+1fvrentals.com+1.
• Pets allowed by prior agreement only.
• No smoking indoors.
• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00 to respect neighbours.
• No parties (stag/hen events not allowed) golanguedoc.comluxuryvillasainttropez.combooking.comskyscanner.gg.
• Guests must treat the property and furnishings with care and report any damage immediately.

7. Amenities & Services

• The villa offers: WIFI, air‑conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, infinity pool (heated in high season), several terraces, garden with pétanque court, and parking for up to six cars golanguedoc.com+2dordogne-holiday-rentals.com+2st-jeannet-villa.com+2luxuryvillasainttropez.com+3lerocsaintjeannet.com+3lerocsaintjeannet.com+3.
• Pool heating is provided during the high season only.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings and liable for any damage caused during their stay.
• We strongly recommend obtaining travel cancellation and damage insurance.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• While we maintain the property to a high standard, we are not liable for acts of nature or utility interruptions beyond our control.
• Pool and garden areas may pose inherent risks; guests use them at their own risk.
• The property complies with French safety and legal standards.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions follow French rental law. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Alpes‑Maritimes, France.

11. Privacy & Data

• We collect and store guests’ personal data (names, contact info, payment details) solely for the purposes of managing your booking and will not share it outside of necessary third-party processors.
